CARBON REPORTING
Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR)
Annual financial reporting is hectic enough, without having to think about energy and carbon reporting too. We offer a fully managed, annual SECR reporting service, taking care of everything from data collection to delivery, so you don’t have to.
SECR compliance and consultancy
Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) is a mandatory UK reporting framework designed to help qualifying organisations disclose their energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy efficiency activities as part of their annual financial reporting.
Our SECR service delivers accurate, compliant, and insightful reporting whilst helping organisations identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve sustainability performance and strengthen carbon reduction strategies. But most importantly, it gives you time back and full confidence in compliance, at one of the busiest times of the financial year.

Make Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting easy
Stay compliant with annual energy and carbon reporting, with our fully manged SECR service. We take away the headache of SECR, supporting businesses with data collection, calculations, evidence packs, and more, leaving you to focus on your wider financial reports.
Our experts are fully versed in SECR requirements, so you can get back to your day-to-day priorities, safe in the knowledge that your compliance needs are in good hands. Beyond compliance, our SECR consultancy helps you identify cost savings, reduce energy consumption, strengthen ESG credentials, and improve stakeholder, investor and customer confidence.
Who qualifies for SECR?
SECR applies to UK quoted companies listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, a European Economic Area, or admitted to dealing on the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.
It also applies if you are a large UK company or large limited liability partnership (LLP) as defined by the Companies Act 2006 (you meet two of the following criteria: a turnover of £36m or more, balance sheet of £18m or more, number of employees 250 or more).
If you’re unsure if you need to report on SECR, contact our team and we will be happy to advise.

Aiming for Net Zero? You're already further than you think!
You’ve completed your SECR reporting and your annual accounts have been submitted, but now stakeholders and investors are asking how you plan to reduce operational costs, cut down on waste, and work towards your sustainability targets.
Our Net Zero Pathway Fast Track service is designed as an extension of SECR and ESOS assessments, and takes the valuable data gathered in these reports to create your baseline for your net zero strategy. We review your existing SECR outputs, model your emissions trajectory, and identify where the biggest opportunities for cost and carbon reductions lie. These insights then get built into a phased strategy you can take to reach net zero, aligned to your wider business goals. Speak to our team or find out more below.
