Scopes are the basis for mandatory Greenhouse Gas reporting in the UK.

Consultus places great emphasis on its clients’ requirements to develop a fully Net Zero strategy, and hence our services also encompass the organisation’s Scope 3 emissions.

Scope 3 emissions often make up around 70%-90% of an organisation’s total emissions. Consultus have supported a wide range of organisations across varied sectors through their Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emission calculations and we are fully equipped to support you through your Scope 3 emissions reporting.

Consultus dedicates a team to the gathering, benchmarking and recommendations for reductions stemming from their clients’ full carbon footprint. Scope 3 footprints across 15 different categories, including supply chain and upstream and downstream activities.

The Consultus team will assist in gathering the best available data from the customer and wider supply chain, before assessing the environmental impact and offering advice as to how to begin to mitigate these emissions.
